What a collision repair here involves
Every vehicle is scanned before disassembly begins, which produces a documented list of fault codes and frequently reveals damage that no visual inspection would find. We then tear down the damaged area and write a supplement based on what is actually there rather than what a photograph suggested.
Structural damage is diagnosed with a three-dimensional measuring system against the manufacturer's specifications, corrected with anchored, sequential pulls, and re-measured until it reads within tolerance. Where the manufacturer forbids repair or restricts sectioning, we replace at the factory joint using the specified welds, rivets, and adhesives.
